Resume a workspace POST

Lifts a suspension this organization imposed. Answers `409` if Mailcrate paused the workspace itself. Requires the `workspaces:provision` scope.

Suspend a workspace POST

Stops the workspace sending. Suspending a workspace that is already suspended is not an error. Requires the `workspaces:provision` scope.
