Automation & Journeys

Journeys are visual marketing-automation flows that you build on a node canvas and trigger off events in your workspace. A journey can send emails, wait for a duration or another event, branch on conditions, run an A/B split, update a contact, trigger a downstream event or webhook, or check an external condition before continuing. Alongside journeys, transactional messages are named, API-triggered emails you send directly from your own systems — think password resets or order confirmations — outside of any automation flow.
